What happens when I sign up for the program?
Once you subscribe, you’ll have immediate access to all Nootric content. The subscription renews automatically, but you can cancel at any time. Simply log into the app with the email you used to subscribe, complete the initial questionnaire, and your nutritionist will welcome you via chat. From there, you’ll have full access to all Life plans, recipes, weekly menus, and resources included in your premium Life subscription.
Can I change my plan whenever I want?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time at no additional cost. Your nutritionist will help you make the transition appropriately so you can continue meeting your goals.
Are the plans customizable?

What do the plan durations mean?
We offer plans with different durations. During the plan period, you’ll receive new menus and content every week:
